Compressed air pipes can effectively and efficiently deliver uncontaminated compressed air. Paired with an ability to provide this in a functional and aesthetically pleasing manner, they are a perfect piping solution for many building and construction projects.
How does it work? What make compressed air piping and fittings so reliable, is that once contaminants have been removed from compressed air, it is dried to reduce the damaging effects of moisture. This is then sent via a compressed air pipe system for the provision of energy.
This means that compressed air piping systems are corrosion-resistant, and therefore compatible with compressor oils. Offering superior performance and ease of installation in any project.

The oil lubricated range of compressors offer cost-effective, long-lasting compressed air solutions suitable for light to heavy duty industrial applications.
Rotary screw compressors are a staple entry in most industrial settings. They are most often used to power tools such as jackhammers and nail guns, along with having a variety of other applications in the industrial and construction sector. Screw compressors are designed to handle heavy-duty tasks and operate for long-periods of time, with many sites operating compression systems on a 24-hour basis.
Our ever-expanding range of screw compressors continues to satisfy customers of all industries. Thanks to our variety of different models, you can find a compressor that is suited for whatever task you need done.
Variable speed air compressors can efficiently and reliably handle the varying air demand found in most plant air systems. These compressors speed up and down to match air supply to air demand as it fluctuates. The right variable speed compressor in the right applications delivers significant energy savings and a stable, consistent air supply.
Oil-less compression technology has existed for several decades; dating way back to the 1920’s and 30’s. Oil free compressors differ slightly from their oil-based counterparts, since they operate entirely through the momentum of screws and do not require an oil seal. Due to the absence of oil carry-over, they also produce less smell, resulting in a more comfortable and pleasant work environment. While they are unable to match the power of many oil-based compressors, they still deliver on reliability and long-lasting performance for a range of applications. Thanks to their oil-less operation, our assortment of oil free compressors provides numerous energy that are suitable for use in medical sectors, food preparation environments, certain manufacturing plants and much more. We guarantee you will find the right compressor for any use or application.
While compressed air is a vital resource for many industries, its humid and heated properties make it unsuitable for many working environments. A dryer and filter/s can be used in conjunction with an air compressor to produce clean, filtered air that is compatible for use in different working conditions. This allows staff and employees to operate machinery in a safer and more comfortable environment, which means greater efficiency and productivity in the workforce.

At their most basic, valves are devices that work to control, regulate or direct flow within a system or process. They often feature a range of characteristics that help to define their ideal application. Valves provide several functions, including:
• Starting or stopping flow based on the valve state
• Regulating flow and pressure within a piping system
• Controlling the direction of flow within a piping system
• Throttling flow rates within a piping system
• Improving safety through relieving pressure or vacuum in a piping system
Knife Gate Valve: Typically used for controlling flow of media containing solids, the knife gate valve features a thin gate controlled through linear action which can cut through materials and create a seal. While not suited for high-pressure implementations, these valves are ideal for use with grease, oils, paper pulp, slurry, wastewater and other media which might obstruct the operation of other valve types.
Check Valve: Used to prevent backflow, these valves are typically self-activated allowing the valve automatically opens when media passes through the valve in the intended direction and close should flow reverse.
Ball Valve: Predominantly equipped with quick-acting 90-degree turn handles, these valves use a ball to control flow to provide easy on-off control. Generally accepted by operators to be faster and easier to operate than gate valves.
Pressure Relief Valve: Used to help improve safety, these valves are spring-automated and will help to return a system to the desired pressure during over-pressure events.
The hose is nothing but a pipe that attaches the compressor with the tool.
There are two types of hoses on the market.
• Recoil hose, which has small and circular bends throughout its length. This design allows the hose to retract for easy storage.
• Retractable hose, on the other hand, has a straight design like a vacuum cleaner cord and can be rolled like a spool of thread.
No matter how expensive the hose is, improper storage can make it unusable, and this is where hose reels come into the picture. These storage units are used to coil the hose in a way that prevents the damage caused by bends. Now you may be thinking that your recoil hose may not need one, but the reel will act as an extra layer of protection to maintain and improve its lifespan. Some portable hose reels have wheels, handles and a final stand that can be attached on the wall.
A second type simply comes with a back plate that can be fastened onto a wall for convenient storage. If your compressor is frequently relocated, then the portable type may be the ideal storage accessory for your needs.
Used in a variety of industrial applications, a compressed air pipe can assist in meeting specific energy requirements in a range of projects, in a wide variety of different industries.
Compressed air pipes can effectively and efficiently deliver uncontaminated compressed air. Paired with an ability to provide this in a functional and aesthetically pleasing manner, they are a perfect piping solution for many building and construction projects.
